Sonlok Adhesive is Pre – Applied to Threaded Locker part form a unique coating that converts ordinary fasteners to self-locking and self-sealing fasteners. It is Dry to touch and becomes integral part of the fasteners and stay inert until parts are used.
SONLOK 3516
SONLOK 3516 is a high viscosity, non-toxic, thixotropic, pre-applied, water-based thread sealant for automatic dispensing applications. This product is typically used in applications with an operating range of -54 0C to + 150 0C. SONLOK 3516 provides positive sealing and resistance to vibrational loosening. This product ideally design for sealing applications, particularly where re-adjustments are required.
Applications:
Ideal for rear axle filler plugs, bearing adjuster nuts, pressure gauges and sensors, brake fittings, pipe fittings, and compressor pipe plugs.
This product is also designed for devices such as cable connectors, screws for plastic assemblies, adjustment screws, overhead fire sprinklers, shower heads, and door closure hardware.
